El señor Barton es cofundador de Genesis Financial Group (GFG) en 1994. El administra las actividades de operación e inversiones de Genesis International (GI) and GFG más la adquisición, disposición, desarrollo y administración de propiedades arrendadas al Gobierno Federal de los Estados Unidos, en todo el territorio americano.
Juntos, él y su hijo cofundador Gregg S. Barton han formado un equipo de padre e hijo que ha estructurado más de 20 unidades de inversión privada y fideicomisos dueños de bienes raíces y un REIT público de US$25 millones fundamentado en bienes alquilados al Gobierno Federal de los Estados Unidos. Subsecuentemente el REIT fue renombrado diferente como Fideicomiso de Propiedades del Gobierno y levantó US$190 millones con una emisión completamente suscrita y un ofrecimiento en Enero del año 2004.
El también representó a GI y GFG en contratos de consultoría de acuerdos con los bancos internacionales por las entidades mencionadas y las propiedades alquiladas al Gobierno Federal de Estados Unidos
Mr. Barton is the co-founder of Genesis Financial Group, Inc. in 1994. He manages the operating and investment banking activities of Genesis International, LLC and Genesis plus acquisition, disposition, development and management of properties leased to federal government agencies throughout the United States.
Together, he and co-founder Gregg S. Barton have formed the father and son team which has structured more than 20 separate private placement unit investment trusts owning real estate and a publicly registered US $25 million REIT holding federal government leased properties. Subsequently, the REIT was renamed Government Properties Trust and raised US $190 million in its fully underwritten follow-on offering in January 2004 (NYSE GPT). He represents Genesis in consulting agreements with international banks regarding the investment by those institutions in U.S. federal leased government properties.
He is the managing member of Genesis Development Group, LLC which constructs US Government buildings. He also uses his experience to establish joint ventures with international investors, including Gen-Net US Government Lease, SA, a Costa Rican Corporation whose stock was sold on Central American public exchanges.
Prior to the formation and development of Genesis, Mr. Barton was President and Senior Partner of a medium-size Detroit law firm, directly responsible for the closing of over $2 billion of real estate transactions.
Mr. Barton is a graduate of Wayne State University and the University of Michigan and is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida. He is a licensed Michigan real estate broker.

El señor Arce es un cofundador y administrador del primer Fondo Inmobiliario inscrito en Centro America para adquirir edificios alquilados al Gobierno Federal de los Estados Unidos.
El señor Arce ha estado activo en el negocio de espacio de oficinas al Gobierno de los Estados Unidos desde el año 2004 y tiene una gran experiencia estructurando las estructuras impositivas de los Estados Unidos con los de Latino America.
Tiene años de experiencia sobre las situaciones económicas de América Latina y la necesidad de diversificar activos del ahorro público en los mercados de bienes raíces de países desarrollados.
Antes de su participación en Genesis, el señor Arce fue Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transportes y Seguridad en Costa Rica y anteriormente se desempeño como Gerente General de un Grupo Agroindustrial en Costa Rica.
El señor Arce es graduado de la Academia Militar de los Estados Unidos en West Point como Ingeniero y tiene una Maestría en Finanzas de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
Mr. Arce is a co-founder and manager of the first public REIT registered in Central America to acquire buildings leased to the United States Government.
Mr. Arce has been active in US Federal office business since 2004 and has a large experience on matching the real estate tax structures in the United States to those in Latin America.
Extensive experience on the economic situations of Latin America and its need to diversify assets of the public savings in the commercial real estate markets of developed countries.
Prior to participate in Gen Net, Mr. Arce was Secretary of Transportation, Public Works and National Security in Costa Rica and before he was Manager and Director of Agribusiness Group located in Costa Rica.
Mr. Arce is a West Point graduate and has a Master Degree in Finance from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

En sus años de experiencia ella ha estructurado y negociado oportunidades de adquisición para clientes americanos e internacionales, tales como Genesis International LLC (GI), Genesis Financial Group (GFG) y otros clientes listados entre los 100 americanos más ricos.
La señora Barton ha desarrollado una red propietaria de relaciones con desarrolladores del Gobierno, directores de las agencias federales tales como FBI, DEA, el Instituto de Administración de Terrenos, Migración, Aduanas, Policía de Fronteras.

A 28-year veteran of business ownership, Ms. Bear began a commercial, investment-grade, realty career in the 90’s. Selected and mentored by one of the top brokers in the US at Investment Realty Advisors of Seattle, she closed sales with individuals listed in the Forbes 100 wealthiest Americans, and today, has overseen transactions with the some of the largest, multi-billion dollar institutional funds in the world.
Since 2003 she has served as a managing member of private realty companies and publicly listed companies in South America and in the US. Ms. Bear delivered the majority of the federally tenanted office properties as part of a team effort to successfully launch the historical, first-ever New York Stock Exchange REIT IPO that focused solely on federal building ownership.
Since 2000, Ms. Bear has continued to specialize in acquiring, developing, financing, owning and brokering properties leased to federal government agencies throughout the United States. Ms. Bear also has more than 18 years’ experience negotiating and structuring these realty investment opportunities for Bear Wells, a brokerage which she founded in 2002 to serve smaller domestic investors.
She is currently a co-founder and an active principal with Genesis International (GI) and also serves clients of Genesis Financial Group, Inc. (GFG), both of which serve international and institutional clients who seek to optimize their investment returns in the federal building space. Transactions completed to date in which Ms. Bear has been directly engaged total well in excess of $1B USD. Engaged clients currently oversee funds from $40M – $11B USD, individually.
Ms. Bear has invested her career in the formation of a results-based, proprietary, national network and database that has been specifically curated to connect primary components of the specialized universe of government realty: the developers, appraisers, investors, lenders, property managers, asset managers and federal tenants: FBI and DEA to Border Patrol, Department of Justice, and USDA to name only a few. During her career to date, she has thereby been integral to the successful sale and/or construction of over 100 individual US federal buildings.

Durante su carrera, el ha participado en transacciones de bienes raíces de más de un billón de dolares (US$1000 millones). Ha estructurado más de 20 ofertas privadas y públicas en bienes raíces incluyendo una oferta pública de REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) con propiedades del Gobierno.
Con una reputación establecida en inversiones de propiedades del Gobierno, el señor Barton, expandió el alcance de GFG para incluir inversionistas extranjeros de América Latina y Europa, cofundó Gen Net US Government Lease, SAFI, una empresa que fue pública en Costa Rica, dedicada a la compra de propiedades para inversionistas institucionales en Centro América.
En el año 2005 fue fundador de Genesis International, LLC que compró propiedades del Gobierno de Estados Unidos para inversionistas institucionales e inversionistas particulares.
Es un graduado de la Universidad de Michigan con un BA en Economía Internacional y Finanzas. El señor Barton tiene licencia de Corredor de Bienes Raíces en Michigan y actualmente i un miembro del GRUPO DE DE CONTRATISTAS DEL GOBIERNO FEDERAL, IREA AND GSA PBS relaciones industriales. El señor Barton actualmente tiene una designación LEED GA.

With an established national reputation in government property investments, Mr. Barton expanded the scope of GFG to include international investors from Latin America and Europe pension plan.
In 2003, he co-founded Gen-Net U.S. Government Lease, SAFI, a formerly public listed Costa Rican company, dedicated to purchasing United States Federal Government properties for Central American institutional investors. In 2005, he co-founded Genesis International, LLC, which purchased United States Federal Government properties for both institutional and high net worth investors.
A graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in International Economics and Finance, Mr. Barton holds a Michigan real estate broker license and is currently a member of The Federal Government Contractors Group, IREA and the GSA PBS Industry Relations Group. Mr. Barton currently holds a LEED GA designation.
